Operation 50 OS lets you record or upload conversations, which are automatically transcribed, analyzed, and organized using third-party AI services (including Anthropic and AssemblyAI). You retain ownership of your own content. We do not claim ownership of your recordings, transcripts, or any data you create.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to record any conversation you upload or process through this platform, including compliance with your state or country's consent laws (some jurisdictions require all parties to consent to being recorded). Operation 50 OS is a tool; it does not verify or guarantee your legal right to record any specific conversation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each account's data is private to that account, except that platform administrators may access data for support, security, or legal purposes.
You agree not to use this platform to record or process conversations without a lawful basis to do so, to upload unlawful content, or to attempt to interfere with the platform's security or operation.
Operation 50 OS is an early-stage, independently built product. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries, transcripts, and insights may contain errors and should not be relied upon as fully accurate. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your audio and transcript data is processed using third-party services (Anthropic's Claude API and AssemblyAI) to generate transcripts and analysis. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
